Mark grew up in the Upstate of South Carolina with his mother, father and two brothers. He attended J.L. Mann High School, Greenville Technical College and the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg. Mark is a graduate of the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. Mark began working as a restaurant manager at the age of 18 and by the age of 21 was General Manager of an established restaurant.

He decided to change his focus to computer graphics and engineering. He has worked for various companies such as: Fluor Daniel, Michelin, Cryovac, O’neal and Proctor & Gamble. While working for these nationally recognized companies he bought his first house in Greenville, S.C. Going through the experience of purchasing his first house he realized that real estate was his passion.

He went to The Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville, S.C. and received his salesman license. He sold real estate part time until he could get established in the Greenville Market and since moving to Charleston 6 years ago is a full time Broker-in-Charge for Palmetto Real Estate Company. In his time off, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. His hobbies are playing basketball, running, tennis and golf.

Mark has over 12 years of practical real estate experience and his main focus is helping people feel comfortable when engaging in a real estate transaction. Since arriving in Charleston he has worked hard to learn about the area and his dedication to his customers is unparallel. “The most gratifying part of my job is knowing that the person I have helped is completely satisfied with every aspect of the real estate experience.”

Mark’s knowledge of the ever-changing Charleston market is unmatched and he spends much of his time exploring new developments.
